A real-time fleet telemetry monitoring console and route optimization platform for commercial transport.
Problem Statement
Managing over 450 commercial transport units required tracking continuous location coordinates, fuel consumption metrics, and driver delivery statuses without overwhelming server bandwidth or causing browser lag on low-power dispatch terminals.
Architectural Strategy
We implemented an optimized telemetry intake pipeline using lightweight HTTP endpoints and indexed spatial MySQL tables. The frontend UI was designed with an ultra-clean dark editorial palette optimized for extended night-shift dispatch operations.
Execution & Results
Dispatch controllers experienced an 80% reduction in screen loading latency. The automated delay detection engine flagged route bottlenecks 25 minutes faster than manual reporting.
